Information for Reviewers

Manuscript Central:

IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation now uses Manuscript Central as a means to receive and manage the review of all papers submitted for publication. A reviewer for our transactions must have an account on the Manuscript Central website. If you do not have one, please go to the Manuscript Central website to create one using the instructions given there.

Complete the review forms on-line at Manuscript Central and fill in all the information on the on-line review form. Important: Please provide "comments for the authors" that reflect and explain your evaluation of the paper to the author! It is not very helpful to tell the editor confidentially that a paper has no new information in it, so it is not suitable to publish, and then just list a few minor corrections in the comments for the author.

If you need to include complex math or figures that cannot be easily included in the on-line "Comments for the Authors" form, please create a PDF file with your comments and upload it to Manuscript Central (you can do this in Version 1.7 of Manuscript Central). If for some reason you must e-mail your review or other information to the Editor’s Office, please make sure that you provide the Paper Number both inside the e-mailed document and in the subject line of your e-mail. It is also helpful if the file you send is named using the paper number as the initial part of the filename, for example:

AP0101-4521.Review.PDF

Using a file name beginning with the paper number such as above makes it easier for us to locate the file later when it is needed.

Reviewer Forms:

If necessary, reviewers can download from this page the forms (PDF 66KB) that are needed to complete a review.
