Important Dates for Chapter Officers:

All applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. A MS Word version of this time table is available here.

• January 1 through March 30: Submit final reports.
• April 1 through May 30: Submit Chapter Chair Travel Grant applications
• May 1 through June 15: Notify APS Chapter Coordinator regarding attendance to the IEEE APS International Symposium Chapter Chairs Luncheon
• Thursday, Week of IEEE APS International Symposium: Chapter Chairs Luncheon
• October 1 through November 15: Sumbit Membership Fee Subsidy applications
• January through December: Submit Chapter Subsidy and  Special Project applications
