The workshop was held on 10 June 2025 at Ritz Carlton, Perth, Australia. It was organized by Prof Peiyuan Qin, University of Technology Sydney, Australia and Prof Takashi Tomura, Institute of Science Tokyo, Japan. The workshop successfully brought together leading researchers and industry professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region. The workshop featured three keynote presentations and three invited talks, covering a wide range of emerging topics in array and reflectarray/transmitarray technologies, including new materials, new functionalities, novel form factors, and new applications, as well as measurement techniques. The event fostered valuable exchanges between academia and industry, strengthened international collaborations, and showcased cutting-edge developments in antenna technologies. Feedback from participants was highly positive, reinforcing the importance of future joint initiatives within the technical community.
