   • Evidence of the significance of the nominee’s contributions relevant to the award.

   • As nominator, how long and in what capacity have you known the candidate?
   • Is this a NEW or UPDATED nomination? (Nominations may be carried forward for up to 5 years from the date of their initial submission.)
2. Endorsement Letters (maximum of 4 letters, maximum of 2 pages per letter, minimum 10 pt font). Letters should include the name, address, and email of the endorser, and how long and in what capacity they have known the candidate.
   Letters cannot be written by current¹ members of AP-S AdCom or Field Awards SubCommittee.

¹ For 2026 awards, this would apply to any member of these committees as of Dec. 31, 2025. New Adcom and Committee Members take their places Jan 1, 2026. In the event a committee member has written a letter or nomination for a nominee prior to taking office, they will be recused from discussion and voting on any decisions that include that nominee. If a nomination is being “continued” from another year, and letters were written by members prior to taking office, they can be used in the nomination, and the letter writer will be recused.
